The only reason we learn from failing is because we try to avoid the negative feedback we get as a result… Celebrating failure would be redundant.
I don’t try to avoid the negative feedback, i avoid the undesired outcome, if i try to do A and B happens, that’s not what i wanted, so i do it again. But if what you wanted to do was to make them happy, and didn’t, than this would apply.
